An analysis of the ‘Ocio Responsable’ (Responsible Leisure app, mandated by the regional government of Castilla-La Mancha (JCCM) to control access to hospitality venues via QR codes. We review how it impacts user privacy, the extra burden it places on business owners, and the technological issues it creates.
